Ministry of Industry and Commerce in a ceremony has praised top five businessmen with awarding admiration letter.
During this ceremony, His Excellency Mr. Ajmal Ahmady acting Minister of Industry and Commerce and senior adviser to the president in banking and financial affairs, Directors of Chambers of Commerce and Industries, Chamber of Mines and Industries, Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industries and young entrepreneurs were present.
At the beginning of this ceremony, Mr. Ajmal Ahmady described the glowing activities and efforts of the businessmen and the investors of the country, and said; Today, a number of businessmen are praised that despite the many problems but with commitment and compassion to the country's economic growth and development, they are striving in this direction.
Mr. Ahmady added, this ceremony of awarding the best businessmen is the beginning of a series of praising topers and will continue in future.
At this ceremony, Mr. Khanjan Alokozay deputy director of chamber of commerce and industries with warm welcoming of beginning such program from the ministry of industry and commerce, he considered it a good and effective way to grow and strengthen the industry and trade sector. He said that the praising businessmen and industrialists will make them work harder and more strive.
Meanwhile, Miss Manizha Wafeq Director of Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industries has welcomed this initiative from the leadership board of Ministry of Industry and Commerce, emphasized on the strengthening and extension of supports from the businessmen and industrialists especially women of the country. Miss Wafeq stated that, praising the traders especially women among them will further encourage the women and could be a motivation for them and this step will create new businesses and development in the country.
Meantime, Mr. Shirbaz Kaminzadah Director of Chamber of Mines and Industries of Afghanistan said; Encouragement and appreciation from industrialists and businessmen, creates a mutually reinforcing relationship between government and the private sector. He mentioned the creation of an air corridor as an important achievement for Afghanistan, which today transfers more than tens of millions of dollars of goods and products of the country to the different destinations of the world.
Mr. Kaminzadah added, despite challenges in the private sector of country, the private sector continues to work alongside the government and its people as a driving force for the country's economy.
