The 6th Session of the Working Group of the Executive Committee for Private Sector Development in PRISeC was held.

The 6th Session of the Working Group of the Executive Committee for Private Sector Development in PRISeC today May, 26, 2019 held under the chairmanship of Honored Mr. Ajmal Hamid Abdul Rahimzai Deputy Ministry for Admin and Financial affairs of Ministry of Industry and Commerce with the participation of representatives of Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Finance and Economy at the conference hall of this ministry.
The meeting discussed the preparation of a roadmap and tracking mechanism to create facilities for cross-border trade index (DBTA), presentation of progress report on the activities of the 5/50 plan, and the presentation of supporting documents and the choice of theme and planning for the implementation of public-private dialogue were conversed.
The second working group, the Executive Committee on Private Sector Development (PriSEC), under the joint chairmanship of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Afghanistan, with the membership of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy and the International Trade Chamber of Afghanistan, businesswomen's federation and The National Association of Craftsmen of Afghanistan focuses on removing barriers to the series of priority value chains, improving the customs administration (cross-border trade transaction indicators), export development, and the sustainability of the export of goods through the air corridor were focused at this meeting.
At the end of this meeting, Mr. Ajmal Hamid Abdul Rahimzai DM for admin and financial affairs of ministry of industry and commerce emphasizing the focus of this group and ending it up on time, saying that by removing barriers to exports, the country's export goods top limit will reach $ 2 billion by the end of the current Shamsi year.
