Holding the 1st coordination meeting for the implementation of Cabinet Enactment No. 29

The 1st coordination meeting for the implementation of Enactment No. 29 dated Dec 20, 2020, of the Cabinet chaired by Mr. Mohammad Sulaiman Binshah, Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, with the participation of representatives of the Ministries of Finance and Economy, Da Afghanistan Bank, the Investment Facilitation Unit of the Presidential Administration and the private sector in the conference hall of this ministry was held.

Mr. Mohammad Sulaiman Binshah, Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce said, the Cabinet Enactment No. 29 dated Dec 20, 2020, has instructed the Ministry to discuss the 18 issues mentioned in this enactment with the relevant institutions, arrange for correction and implementation in each section separately and submit it to the High Economic Council.

Following the guidance of this enactment, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in coordination with relevant organizations, on studying the participation of the private sector in the creation of public-private companies, providing the necessary facilities for domestic and foreign investors, working on structuring the market for domestic products, improving the quality of domestic products, work on the rights of consumers and the effective use of human resources, preparing reform and implementing plans and submitting them to the High Economic Council.

Concluding, the participants shared their views on how to implement, prepare and arrange the plans, per the guidance of this enactment, and emphasized the implementation of this enactment with the cooperation of member organizations.
