Key achievements of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in one week

His Excellency Mr. Ajmal Ahmady Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce and Senior Advisor to the President in Banking and Financial affairs has achieved significant successes during his trips to Turkey, Azerbaijan and UAE.

Primary: with participating in Summit of Islamic countries cooperation’s organization, has delivered information regarding the Trade and Investment Statues in Afghanistan and invited international investors to invest in Afghanistan within different sectors of investment opportunities. HE at the edge of his meetings with Turkish officials, discussed regarding the raising level of economic cooperation.

Secondary: HE Ahmady with participation in TAPI Summit in Dubai city of UAE, discussed regarding the recent details of work progress in TAPI Project.

These progress includes the completion of Technically, Legal, Procurement and Finance sections of TAPI Project in Afghanistan and the construction starts in 2020.

Tertiary:  In the course of their visit to Baku city of Azerbaijan, witnessed the signing ceremony of agreement of Afghanistan and Sokar of Azerbaijan on provision of fuel materials in the country, which was signed between Afghanistan and Azerbaijan.
