1. Chambers affairs regulating Act   
2. Design and preparation of action plan for fight against administration corruption in fiscal year of 1398 for Ministry of Industry and Commerce;
3. Designing and enabling Online Verification System for the Central Business Registration General Directorate؛
4. Priority development plan for private sector development (PSD NPP) private sector development for Priority National Program and during the approval process;
5. Industrial Parks Survey; Analyzing previous information and other practices related to industrial parks;
6. Cross-border Trade Improvement Plan (Export Procedure)
7. Finalizing the procedure coherence for integrating business attachés;

Activities and achievements of Ministry of Industry and Commerce in development projects of 1398 year

1. Construction work on the Industry and Commerce building of 3 provinces (Parwan, Daikondi, and Helmand) has been completed and has been put into operation.
2. Infrastructure work in Kabul and Provincial Industrial Parks (Maidan Wardak, and Jumma Mohammad Mohammadi industrial parks) has progressed 80% percent and is being completed.
3. Preliminary project work is underway in various sections of Kabul, Herat, Nangarhar, Kandahar, Faryab, Khost, Ghazni, Helmand, Paktia and Logar industrial parks
