Increase in Chalk (Gypsum) Production in Nangarhar Province

Gypsum factories in Nangarhar province have increased their production levels.
There are 14 gypsum factories operating with a total investment of $ 25 million in Nangarhar province, which have a capacity of producing 180 tons of gypsum round the clock.
These factories supply the needed raw materials from the domestic mines and have provided job opportunities for hundreds.
With the increase in gypsum production in Nangarhar province, the imports of this item from neighboring countries have significantly decreased compared to previous years, in addition to meeting the needs of Nangarhar in this regard, supply their products to other provinces as well.
