It is possible to get an Investment License in an hour

KABUL- Inauguration Ceremony of Information management and licensing system under One-stop-shop with the participate of H.E Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Zabiullah Ziarmal First Deputy of Afghanistan International Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Shirbaz Kaminzadah, Chairman of Chamber of Industries and Mines, Mr. Khanjan Alkozai Deputy for Afghanistan Chambers Federation, Mr. Azerakhsh Hafezi Director General of  Chamber of Commerce and Industries of ECO, Mr. Noor Alam Hakimyar, Executive Director of Harakat Corporation, Mr. Abdul Bari Baluch, Head of Investment Support of Administrative Office of the President, Sultan Mahmoud Haidari, Head of Reform and Improvement of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission and representatives from government and private sectors were also present in this ceremony.  

This inauguration ceremony, which was held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Central Business Registry and Intellectual Property of MoIC, Mr. Ghoryani, while congratulating the country's private sector, said, the system connects 20 licensing offices and applicants can receive Investment Licenses within an hour. He promised that the data center will be opened as soon as possible for more convenience of domestic and foreign investors, adding, the system was ready to open within three weeks of continuous efforts.

Mr. Isa Mayar, DG of ACBR said, there are three basic stages in this system, which are simplification, systematization and unification.

Concluding, Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani admired Mr. Isa Mayar and Mr. Noor Alam Hakimyar for their efforts and officially inaugurated the information management under one-Stop- Shop licensing system.

This system has been established based on the decree number (2943) dated 10/10/1396 of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
