Investment Increment in Steel Melting Sector in Nangarhar Province

Steel plants in Nangarhar province have increased their investment to more than $ 10 million.

There are currently 13 plants, operating in the steel sector, and these plants produce various types of iron wares.

These plants, which have been working in this sector for several years, have provided jobs for more than 500 people.

Steel mills have a daily smelting capacity of 10-30 tons of iron, while skewer production plants have a capacity of twenty-five to seventy tons of skewers per day.

Officials of the plant said, we import some of the needed materials from outside and supply the rest of the raw materials from inside the country.

It is notable that these plants, supply their products to neighboring and other provinces.
