Celebrating the 17th anniversary of the Constitution Ratification in the Ministry of Industry and Commerce

On the 17th anniversary of the ratification of the Constitution of the IR of Afghanistan with the presence of Respected Mr. Abdul Karim Malikyar, Acting Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mohammad Nader Alam, Head of the Department for Monitoring the Execution of Non-Governmental Offices of the Commission for Supervision of the Implementation of the Constitution, Directors and employees of this ministry was celebrated.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Abdul Karim Malikyar said, the Constitution of Afghanistan is one of the best constitutions in the region, adding, all laws, policies, plans and procedures of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce have been prepared in accordance with the constitution and the arrangement and field of work has been facilitated for all citizens of the country in this ministry.

On the other side, Mohammad Nader Alam, a representative of the Commission for Supervision of the Implementation of the Constitution, who spoke at the ceremony, said, the Afghanistan constitution is one of the best constitutions in the region in terms of both Islam and modernity.

After the fall of the Taliban regime, this constitution was approved by the Transitional Islamic Government of Afghanistan in the Loya Jirga on December 13-2003- Jan 04, 2004 in 12 chapters and 162 articles and was signed by Honored Mr. Hamid Karzai, President of the Transitional Islamic Government of Afghanistan.
