Ministry of Industry and Commerce supports the National Women's Trade Agenda

The leadership of the Afghanistan Women Chamber of Commerce and Industries met with Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Minister of Industry and Commerce, and discussed the National Women's Trade Agenda and called on the Ministry to cooperate in implementing and solving their problems and providing the necessary facilities for the growth and development of businesswomen.
Ms. Manizha Wafeq, Director General of the Afghanistan Women Chamber of Commerce and Industries said, the purpose of drafting the National Women's Trade Agenda is to provide a reference for discussing the situation of Afghan women entrepreneurs, the challenges they face, and potential solutions.
Ms. Wafeq added, this agenda is based on conversations with business, professional and industrial women in all provinces of the country about their problems, challenges, and opportunities, and by solving their problems, significant progress will be made in their activities.
Supporting the National Agenda for Women in Afghanistan, Minister of Industry and Commerce Mr. Ghoryani said, the MoIC would cooperate fully in implementing and solving the women entrepreneur’s challenges.
Mr. Ghoryani added the ministry is working closely with the Afghanistan Women Chamber of Commerce and Industries to address the problems faced by business, professional and industrial women and to create new opportunities for them.
The MoIC leadership, referring to the ministry's plans for the growth and development of the businesswomen said, a special share is considered for businesswomen in industrial parks, domestic and foreign exhibitions.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce is trying to solve their problems and provide new opportunities for their business.
