Working Session holds on How to Implement the Law on Industrial Sites

The session chaired by Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, honorable Mr. Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid, and attended by, general director of Industrial Parks and Industrial Affairs, Mr. Qari Abdul Majid Qiam, who is also heading the Committee of Appraisal of the Documents Related to Land Distribution, the subdirectors of the said directorate, as well as the members of the abovementioned committee.

During the meeting discussions were made on enforcement of the said law and how to implement it.

Initially, the legal director of the ministry provided a presentation consisted of brief information regarding the method of process as well as the whole law of industrial sites.

Then, the meeting attendees discussed on better application of the aforementioned law and brought up their opinions in this regard.

The said law has been considered very significant for economic growth of the country by the Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, stressing on the simplification of the activities of the Committee of Appraisal of the Documents related to Land Distribution.

It is worth mentioning, that the Law on Industrial Sites (Parks), is consisted of a preface, 6 chapters, 11 clauses and 67 articles. In article 15 of the law, a committee heading by general director, and 7 organizations as members, has been assigned for appraisal of the documents for land distribution.
