A high ranking delegation of Republic of Uzbekistan arrives in Kabul

As per invitation of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the delegation from Republic of Uzbekistan headed by the Minister of Industry and Commerce of the said country, arrived in Kabul, today.
During their stay in Afghanistan, the delegation is supposed to attend Afghanistan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan trilateral meeting, where discussions will be made regarding the expansion of trilateral economic and commercial ties, trilateral development of transportation and logistic sector, conducting geological surveys for exploration of potential solid mining materials in Afghanistan, carrying out geological explorational surveys in areas having high potential of existing mining materials and hydrocarbon sites, as well as implementing cement production project in north of Afghanistan, having the capacity to produce one million tonne cement per year.
Moreover, the delegation will attend Afghan-Uzbek business Forum, Bilateral meetings as well as inauguration of exhibition of products and Manufactures of Uzbekistan in Afghanistan International Exhibition Center.
