Inauguration of the International Trade Development Exhibition in Kabul

The International Exhibition on Private Sector Development, Business Development and Public-Private Dialogue opened in two 200 booths for three days in Kabul with the participate of government officials, PM’s and the private sector.
In this exhibition, large manufacturing and producing companies throughout Afghanistan displays their products in the fields of industry, agriculture, education, mines and banking, as well as 50 booths of Uzbekistan products.
At the beginning of the exhibition, Mr. Mustafa Majeedyar, Acting DG of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, highlighted that MoIC will hold more exhibitions inside and overseas in next year to introduce Afghanistan products.
Mr. Majeedyar added, in domestic exhibitions, 70% and in foreign exhibitions 50% share is for women.
On the other side; Mr. Mohammad Alam Izedyar, First Deputy of the Senate, thanked the new MoIC leadership for their recent activities, which has increased cooperation between these ministries and the private sector.
Meanwhile, Mr. Abdulhadi Farhang, Head eadHHhhggfdgdsPresident of the Afghan Traders and Investors Union, stressed that the cooperation of MoIC has increased compared to previous years, and this has made the private sector more interested in investing and industrial activities.
