Inspection of the food market by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in Kabul and Herat provinces

Commission for the prevention of production, import and supply of poor, expired and counterfeit goods with the participation of government organizations and the private sector under the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to find out the reasons for the increase in cooking oil and wheat flour prices in markets and investigate complaints in the 9th district of Kabul Municipality, has visited the great Mandavi of Bagrami district.
During the visit, the members of this commission met with the leadership of the Flour and Wheat Trade Union and edible oil sales agents and exchanged views on controlling the price of mentioned items.
Meanwhile, the mentioned commission also visited the markets of 4th Macrorayan and during market control, collected and confiscated some expired goods.
The commission's representative office in Herat province also began its investigation of food markets and monitored the market situation.
The mentioned commission operates under the MoIC leadership and conducts regular reviews of the state of the consumer goods market to protect the rights of consumers and citizens.
