Parwan- Meeting to solve social-environmental problems of Barikaab Industrial-Agricultural Park project with the presence of H.E Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Mohammad Yaqoob Haidari, Governor of Kabul, Mr. Najibullah Shinwari, Head of Capital Zone Development Office, Deputy Minister of Urban Development and Land and elders was held at the Kabul Governor's Conference hall.
H.E Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani MoIC Minister said, providing the necessary facilities for the growth of the country's industries is a priority for this ministry.
Mr. Ghoryani added, the most of the socio-environmental challenges of the Barikaab industrial-agricultural park between government institutions and local residents have been solved, and the remaining problems will be resolved with the cooperation of local people and government institutions.
Concluding, Mohammad Yaqoob Haidari, the Kabul governor, instructed the district governor of Qarabagh to discuss the solution of social and environmental problems of Barikaab Industrial –Agriculture Park with the residents around the park and find a satisfactory solution.
Barikaab Industrial-Agricultural Park, located in the Qarabagh district of Kabul province; The 1st phase was built with the financial and technical support of the World Bank and now the Ministry of Industry and Commerce is trying to solve the 2nd phase by solving socio-environmental problems.
