MoIC Holds Coordination Meeting with Oil and Gas Companies

As per resolution of the Cabinet of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in order to prevent the import of low-quality fuel, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
The meeting led by Acting General Director of Monitoring and Enforcement of Decrees of Amirul-Momineen honorable Mawlawi Shamsuddin Shariati, and the Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce honorable Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid, and attended by officials from relevant institutions, traders, and representatives of oil and gas companies.
During the meeting, the participants who participated both in person and online, emphasized that the IEA's officials are well-intentioned towards the people and traders and are striving to provide further facilities. Stating their suggestions, and challenges, they welcomed the government initiative preventing the import of low-quality fuel, also offered cooperation in this regard.
At the conclusion, for further effectiveness and incorporation into the proposed plan, all participants were requested to submit their opinions in writing to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
