Preparatory Meeting for Pakistan’s Minister of Commerce to Visit Afghanistan

KABUL- Respected Mr. Abdul Karim Malekyar, Acting Deputy Minister for Industry and Commerce, met with the representatives of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Finance, Transport, Agriculture, Private Sector and the Chambers Federation.
Respected Malekyar said, the purpose of this meeting is to get preparation for the visit of the negotiating delegation of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Afghanistan.
The Minister of Commerce of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Abdul Razak Dawood, is scheduled to arrive in Kabul as the head of a high-ranking delegation to hold talks with senior Afghan-officials to resolve transit, trade and investment issues.
Earlier, H.E Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, headed a high-ranking delegation of Republic of Afghanistan to solve the trade and transit problems of Afghan traders with Pakistan.
