The Third National and International Imam Abu Hanifa (RA) Exhibition Inaugurates

The third round of National and International Imam Abu Hanifa (RA) Exhibition was inaugurated today, at the Afghanistan International Expo Center with the presence of Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan for Economic Affairs honorable Mr. Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce honorable Mr. Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi, various members of the cabinet of the Islamic Emirate, diplomats from friendly countries, and seniors of Afghanistan’s private sector.
The exhibition, organized by the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, exhibits domestic and foreign products in 700 booths for a period of seven days.
At the exhibition’s inauguration ceremony, the Deputy PM for Economic Affairs stressed the significance of domestic products for every country and described exhibitions as vital for introducing products and goods. He called on foreign investors to invest in the processing and packaging sectors of Afghanistan’s export goods.
Following, the Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, honorable Mr. Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi thanked the diplomats from Iran, Pakistan, Qatar, Turkey, China, and other countries, as well as the Iranian delegation led by the Governor of Sistan and Baluchestan Province. He stated that Afghanistan is ready for interactions with all countries and urged all countries to strengthen their interactions with Afghanistan.
Mr. Alhaj Azizi also spoke about the Law on Industrial Sites, collaboration with returnees investing in their homeland, and added that all officials of the Islamic Emirate fully support the economic plans of the private sector.
Then, Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum honorable Mr. Hedayatullah Badri; Acting Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation & Livestock honorable Mr. Attaullah Omari; Acting Minister of Public Health honorable Mr. Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali; Director General of Administrative Office honorable Mr. Sheikh NoorulHaq Noor; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs honorable Mr. Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai; Deputy Minister of Finance honorable Mr. Mawlawi Zubair; and Deputy Minister of Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice honorable Mawlawi Siddiqullah, each spoke about their activities and achievements. First Deputy of the Chamber of Commerce and Investment Honorable Mr. Mohammad Younis Mohmand, and esteemed Jabbar Safi also spoke during the event.
