The Ukraine private sector is interested in investing in Afghanistan and creating its chamber of commerce in Kabul

Honored Mr. Abdul Karim Malekyar, Acting Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, while Mr. Atiqullah Nosrat, former Chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Investment and relevant officials of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce were also present, has met with Mr. Artem Terninko, President of DnSZ Company and Deputy for Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine, spoke on the increase of trade volume between these two countries.
During the meeting, Mr. Malekyar stated that; The Government of Afghanistan is to attract foreign investment, the necessary facilities in various areas, including the design and development of easy rules and procedures for foreign investment, access to land with easy conditions, decrease of price of activities license, reduction of tariffs for import of raw materials, visa issuance facilities for foreign investors and exemption in import of machines for production factories.
Welcoming the provision of facilities for foreign investors, the Deputy of Chamber of Commerce of the Ukraine said that; his country's private sector has conveyed interest in investing in Afghanistan and means to establish a Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Kabul for this purpose, and we will work closely with the Afghan Chambers Federation.
Growing foreign investment in the country, will increase job opportunities and have a positive consequence on the country's balance of payments.
