Around $4 Million to Be invested in Dairy Butter Production

The IEA' Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, honorable Mr. Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid, met with Directors of Nasim Sabah Mazand dairy butter production factory, today afternoon in his office.
During the meeting, the Directors of Nasim Sabah Mazand expressed interest to invest an approximate amount of $4 million in production of dairy butter, which includes bringing its related technology to Afghanistan, and to train workers in this field. They requested the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to support them in this regard.
Honorable Mr. Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid welcomed their interest and plan to invest in Afghanistan. While assuring them of his full support, he explained Afghanistan's preferential tariff system as per the IEA's economic policy to support national products.
