Inauguration of digital service center in the Ministry of Industry and Commerce

The digital service center, including the server room, the Information Technology Help Desk (IT-Helpdesk), and the digital archive of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, was officially inaugurated with the presence of Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Minister of Industry and Commerce, and Mr. Sulaiman Binshah Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce.

Mr. Ghoryani described the opening of the center as an important step towards the institutionalization of digital governance.

The Minister of Industry and Commerce emphasized that creating the infrastructure of information technology, digitalization of systems to promote transparency and accountability is one of the government's priorities, and coherent plans must be designed and implemented.

On the other hand, Mr. Hasibullah Milad, Director of Information Technology and Systems Development of this ministry, says that the mentioned center is one of the basic structures of information technology to provide information technology services in a standard way.

In concluding, the MoIC leadership thanked the information technology and systems development directorate for their achievements.
