Information Regarding the Law on Industrial Sites is Provided to the Sectorial Chambers

A session regarding enforcement and manner of implementation of the Law on Industrial Sites, chaired by the Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, honorable Mr. Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi, and attended by the representatives of sectorial chambers held at Investment Affairs Hall of the ministry today afternoon.

At the session, the Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, stressing that this is the first law in economy sector being approved by his excellency The Supreme Leader of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (may Allah save him), stated, that at the very first days of his assignment in the ministry, he had promised to direct the country towards becoming an industrial country.

Over 800 applications have been received by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce from investors so far, requesting land distribution to them, added Mr. Alhaj Azizi.

Further, an informative presentation regarding the positive points of the mentioned law has been conducted by the legal directorate of the ministry.

The meeting concluded with an open discussion whereas, the honorable attendees were provided with appropriate answers in reply to their inquiries.
