H.E Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani Minister of Industry and Commerce, in a meeting with members of the Access to Information Commission said, transparent and on time providing information is a priority for the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

Mr. Ghoryani stressed, the Ministry is committed to providing information in accordance with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the Law on Public Media and the Law on Access to Information, and is a partner of the Access to Information Commission.

H.E added, providing access to information in government organizations will ensure the elimination of corruption and brings transparency.

In this meeting, Ms. Zahra Mousavi, Commissioner of the Access to Information Commission, provided information about the goals, functions and scope of work of this commission and emphasized the continuation of cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the mentioned commission.
