The Problems of The Country's Industrialists Are Addressed

Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, honorable Mr. Mawlawi Ahmad Ullah Zahid, met with, Deputy of Afghanistan's Chamber of Industries and Mines, honorable Mr. Sakhi Ahmad Paiman, Head of Chamber of Industries and Mines of Herat province honorable Mr. Hamdullah Khadem, as well as a number of industrialists of the country, today at noon time.

During the meeting, the industrialists brought up the challenges and obstacles they are facing during industrial activities and requested increased support for industrial factories.

Honorable Mr. Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid, initially welcomed their presence, listened to the issues and challenges of industrialists, and stressed on Ministry's commitment to serving the private sector. He stated that, following the approval and publication of the Law on Industrial Parks, via official gazette, the Ministry is working to prepare the Industrial Parks Procedure.

The deputy minister added that, they are striving to address issues related to trademark registration and to provide further facilities in this regard. He also stated clearly, that the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce is aware of the needs, and as representative of the private sector in within Tariff Committee, fully supports the activities of industrialists.
