Minister of Industry and Commerce Emphasizes the strong participation of businesswomen in the 2020 Dubai Expo

Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani Minister of Industry and Commerce, with the leadership of the Afghanistan Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, emphasized the participation of businesswomen in the 2020 Dubai International Expo.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Afsana Rahimi, Executive Director of the Afghanistan Women Chamber of Commerce and Industries, a businesswoman, who appreciated the cooperation of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in providing the necessary facilities for women entrepreneurs to participate in domestic and international exhibitions.

Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani said, the ministry is striving to provide the presence and participation of businesswomen in domestic and international exhibitions, and their participation in Dubai International Exhibition 2020 is important and valuable.

On the other hand, Ms. Afsana Rahimi, appreciating the functions and activities of MoIC in providing the necessary facilities for businesswomen to participate in the Dubai International Exhibition 2020, said, the AWCCI and businesswomen want to have a greater share and wider presence in this exhibition.

The Dubai International Expo 2020, which was scheduled to take place in 2020, was not held due to the spread of the international crisis of the Coronavirus and will be held for six months this year.
