The Law on Industrial Sites to be Enforced

Whereas the acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, honorable Mr. Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi, was present, the newly endorsed law of industrial sites, has been Illustrated to the gathering of employees, by the legal director of the ministry.
As per direction of ministry's leadership, for better implementation of the said law a guideline would be prepared.
As per the aforementioned law, a committee is going to be created to pave the way for distribution of land at the industrial parks.
The mentioned law is consisted of three parts, state owned, Joint and private. It aims to manage distribution of land, paving the way for economic growth of Afghanistan by management and maintaining of the industrial sites as well as pavement of the ground for investment in the country.
