Dialogue of Kabul Industrialists' Challenges with the presence of Honored Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani Candidate and Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Mohammad Ismail Ghazanfar, Director General of the Afghanistan Chambers Federation, Mr. Shirbaz Kaminzadah Director General of the Afghanistan Chamber of Industries and Mines, Mr. Sayed Mousa Kalim Alfalahi Director of Afghanistan Islamic Bank, craftsmen and private sector members was held at Kabul chamber of industries and mines.
In this dialogue, Mr. Shirbaz Kaminzadah said; The industrialists of the country, especially Kabul, face many problems, such as; the lack of land in industrial parks, security threats, kidnapping, lack of electricity, tax penalties and the import of similar products.
Mr. Kaminzadah added; With the efforts of Afghan industrialists in recent years, out of 50 sectors, 20 sectors have become self-sufficient, he added, if we overcome the challenges, we will become one of the growing industrial country.
Respected Mohammad Ismail Ghazanfar stated; The problems stated above are the major challenges and among of them the electricity shortage will be solved through personal investments of the industrialists on generation of gas electricity, which solves the needs of their factories.
Honored Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani Candidate and Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, after listening to the speeches of the industrialists, addressed them; We have open doors policy and you will be consulted on each of the challenges expressed and a solution will be found for each.
He added; The Afghanistan Chambers Federation, the Chamber of Industries and Mines, and the Ministry will work united to address the challenges and turn them into opportunities.
At the end, a (MoU) was signed between the Kabul Chamber of Industries and Mines and the Islamic Bank of Afghanistan to provide financial loans to industrialists.
