More Details About Termez Trade Center

The Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce honorable Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi provided more details in an interview with one of the country's media outlets after the inauguration of the Termez Trade Center.
Mr. Alhaj Azizi, while providing information regarding the export of Afghanistan's non-alcoholic beverage sector to Asian countries and the United States of America, said: "This center has provided the best facilities and market for the countries of the region, such as; Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan, through this center, we can also address the issues, our country's traders are facing."
He added that the mentioned center provide facilities like; electricity, transportation, and railway. It offers standardized packaging facilities for Afghanistan's export goods as well. He also mentioned that via the airport located near this center, we can ensure standard exports.
He further stated that the Termez Trade Center has been inaugurated to bring about regional cooperation and understanding. We are seeking support for Afghanistan's economic and trade programs through the said center.
It is noteworthy, that the Termez Trade Center was inaugurated today morning, August 29, 2024, in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan for economic affairs, honorable Mr. Mula Baradar Akhund, Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce honorable Mr. Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi, the Prime Minister of Republic of Uzbekistan, honorable Mr. Abdullah Aripov, the Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, the Deputy Minister of Trade of Kazakhstan, and the Deputy Minister of Trade of Kyrgyzstan.
