Review of the draft of licensing policy under one-stop-shop

The meeting to review the draft of licensing policy under the one-stop-shop was chaired by Mr. Abdul Karim Malikyar, Acting Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, with the participate of representatives of government licensing agencies and the private sector at the conference hall of this ministry.
At this meeting, Mr. Malikyar said, the issuance of licenses and the provision of necessary facilities for applicants for various types of activities licenses is the priority of MoIC, and the explicit decree of presidency is to issue all types of business licenses under one-stop-shop with cooperation of General Directorate of Afghanistan Central Business Registry & Intellectual property and provide the necessary facilities for the private sector.
The draft of one-stop-shop licensing policy will be prepared by the General Directorate of Afghanistan Central Business Registry & Intellectual property of this ministry and will include the remedial opinions of the representatives of the licensing agencies and the private sector.
It is worth mentioning that this policy is based on three parts; as of simplification, systematization and unification of licensing processes.
