Signing a trilateral memorandum of understanding to support women entrepreneur’s activities for growth

On June, 25, 2020 honored Mr. Abdul Karim Malikyar Acting Deputy Minister for Industry and Commerce, respected Ms. Afsana Rahimi Head of leadership board of Afghanistan women chamber of commerce and industries and Mr. Naser Ahmad Mohammadi HELP NGO (Deutschland) senior advisor, this memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between three parties in order to build, equip, set up and manage a permanent business center for the production, display, sale and training of women entrepreneurs in the Afghanistan-Iran border area (Islam Qala Border).
The construction and equipment of this permanent commercial center in the border of Islam Qala has been undertaken by the International Help Institute (Germany).
According to the memorandum of understanding, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this memorandum, providing the necessary facilities to achieve the set goals, cooperating in holding trade fairs and programs, increasing trade between the center and its commercial centers across the border and finally providing the necessary facilities for the registration of women's businesses in the mentioned area.
