The Duputy Minister of Industry and Commerce Meets with President of Al-Taqwa University

The Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce honorable Mr. Mawlawi Ahmadullah Zahid met with the founder and president of Al-Taqwa University in his office.

During the meeting, president of Al-Taqwa University, while explaining the academic activities of his institution, expressed appreciation for IEA's support and attention to academic institutions and requested further cooperation in regard to holding international academic conferences.

He also indicated that his institution is ready to cooperate with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in academic and research fields.

The Honorable Deputy Minister appreciated Al-Taqwa University's initiative, highlighyed the significance of academic and research activities, specifically in the fields of industry, entrepreneurship, and commerce, and expressed his cooperation in this regard.

Mr. Zahid further stated that conducting researches by Afghan researchers, considering the conditions and circumstances of the people and the policies of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, would help to identify the problems of the people in a realistic way and seek appropriate solutions accordingly.

During this meeting, discussions were also made regarding the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Al-Taqwa University.
