The message of Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Minister of Industry and Commerce, read by Dr. Fayazuddin Gheyasi, Director General of Policy and Commercial Services at the opening ceremony of the center, states that in the past, the country's exporters faced many problems in the process of export documents, referring to the relevant departments in different locations, which in turn will increase the time and increase the cost for the esteemed exporters.

Following the guidance of His Excellency the President and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, to provide the necessary facilities in the process of export documents, the above-mentioned centers have been established in Nangarhar, Kandahar, and Herat provinces in coordination with government agencies and the private sector to bring more facilities for traders.

These centers have reduced the export documents from 3-5 working days to 2 to 3 hours and have resulted in reduced time and additional costs in the export process and prevent the products from spoiling.

Moreover, the message also states that, following the strategic goals and plans, MoIC has always tried to provide the necessary facilities for the private sector in the field of attracting investment, concluding trade agreements with neighboring countries and the region, membership in trade organizations, providing trade relations in the region and the world, establishing the single unit licensing center, providing land for investors and production factories, providing loans for entrepreneurs and businessmen of the country.

Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Minister of Industry and Commerce, said, by providing these facilities and establishing the mentioned centers, the country's exporters in Kabul, Nangarhar, Kandahar, Herat, and Balkh provinces can process their export documents in one place, under One-Stop-Shop without wasting time and more money.

At the center's inauguration ceremony, Balkh Governor Mr. Mohammad Farhad Azimi, referring to the position of Balkh province in the country's economy, said, the establishment of the center in Mazar-e-Sharif will strengthen the field of increasing exports and investment in the province.

Also in this meeting, the President’s Senior Adviser on Export of Domestic Products, officials of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, and representatives of the private sector, emphasizing joint cooperation in providing facilities to increase the country's exports, emphasized on creating more facilities for exporters.
