Inauguration of the one-stop-shop center for documenting export products in Herat province

The center was inaugurated and put into operation with the presence of Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Minister of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Mohammad Khalid Payendeh, Acting Minister of Finance, Major General Abdul Saboor Qane, Governor of Herat, and representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock and the Private Sector.
The center was built at a cost of more than 10 million Afghanis from the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan's development budget to provide facilities for documenting the country's export goods in these customs.
Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani at the inauguration ceremony of the center said, the purpose of establishing a one-stop-shop center d is to provide the necessary facilities to increase the export of the country's products.
He added that the one-stop-shop center was opened in Kabul, Kandahar, and Nangarhar provinces during the last two weeks, and similar centers will be opened in other border provinces soon.
At the ceremony, Mr. Mohammad Khalid Payendeh, Acting Minister of Finance, said, the purpose of the center in the customs offices of Kabul, Kandahar, Nangarhar, and Herat provinces, is to provide the necessary facilities to increase exports and reduce the time required to complete documents.
At the ceremony, the President's Adviser on Export Affairs, the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock and the private sector, described the center as a valuable step in developing the country's exports and providing facilities for exporters.
