A number of afghan businessmen residing in china have met with honored Mr. Abdul Karim Malikyar Acting Deputy Minister for Industry and Commerce.
During this meeting, they have discussed regarding the facing challenges towards the Afghanistan export goods in Karachi border and visa problems caused by officials of china after COVID-19 epidemic.
After listening to the problems, honored Mr. Abdul Karim Malikyar Acting Deputy Minister for Industry and Commerce spoke in detail about the recent steps taken by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to resolve the problems created by transit and trade between Afghanistan and Pakistan, and assured that Pakistan's borders would be reopened to Afghanistan's exports. He also stressed that, the private sector should focus more on using alternative trade and transit routes, including Lapis Lazuli, Chabahar, Central Asia and air corridors, and increase their export standards with other countries. understanding the realities of the country's trade and transit, "We need to turn challenges into opportunities, and the government is a partner in the private sector," he added.
At the end, he delivered the necessary directions to the relevant authorities of the Ministry concerning the resolution of the visa problems of Afghanistan businessmen residing in China.
